قصص الأنبياء · دَاوُود
Dawud (peace be upon him) was a brave young man who became a king and a prophet. Allah gave him the Zabur, and the mountains and the birds praised Allah with him.
Long ago, a small army of believers went out with their king, Talut, to face a huge army led by a strong man named Jalut. Many were afraid. But the believers said: how many times has a small group beaten a big group, by Allah's permission! Allah is with those who are patient (Al-Baqarah 2:249).
